Emma Knowler is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer for EMEA & APAC at Experian since June 2022, Emma has previously held senior HR roles at Avast as VP People & Culture, and at easyJet as HR Director with a focus on business partnering, organizational development, talent acquisition, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Earlier career experiences include positions at Iglo Group Limited as Group Talent Director and HR Director for European Markets, and at Royal Mail as People and Organisation Development Advisor Commercial. Emma holds a BA Hons in Retail Marketing from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a University Diploma in Personnel Management (CIPD) from the University of West London.
