Jeff King

Jeff King is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel roles, currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Experian since September 2023. Prior to this, Jeff held the position of Deputy General Counsel at Fannie Mae, focusing on regulatory and product counsel for innovative technology offerings and advising on privacy and consumer protection laws. Jeff also served as Group Vice President & Managing Attorney at SunTrust Bank, leading legal compliance efforts across federal and state consumer laws. Earlier career highlights include roles as Partner at Hudson Cook, LLP, and Senior Counsel at CarMax. Jeff holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law, an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia - Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
