Michael Cobb

Michael Cobb is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Legal for M&A North America at Experian since September 2019. Prior to this role, Michael held various legal positions at Western Digital from September 2004 to June 2019, including Vice President of Legal and Assistant General Counsel. Michael's legal career also includes serving as an Attorney at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth from 1997 to 2004. Michael holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara.
