They have previously held significant roles, such as the Innovation Lead at Experian Data Exchange, where they developed and launched new digital products and partnerships. With a solid foundation in financial services and B2B SaaS, they began their career as a Junior Portfolio Manager at Credaris and later served as Retail Credit Head of Product at afb, contributing to the financial inclusion lending sector across Sub-Saharan Africa. Paul holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from the University of Cape Town and a Certificate in Fintech from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
