Teodora Koleva is an ITIL® v4 certified and Certified CSM Professional® Client Success Manager at Experian, where they manage client improvement plans and ensure the delivery of contracted services. Previously, Teodora held roles at Lufthansa as a Purchasing Specialist and VEO Worldwide Services as an International Trade Specialist, focused on optimizing purchasing strategies and managing supplier relationships. Teodora has a solid educational background, pursuing a Master’s degree in Brand Management at New Bulgarian University and holding Bachelor's degrees in Communication and Marketing from Universidad Loyola Andalucía and Marketing from the University of National and World Economy, complemented by studies in Digital Marketing from SoftUni Digital.
