Across many African countries, STEM students graduate with strong theoretical foundations but limited exposure to real scientific and industrial environments. Universities often lack access to updated laboratory infrastructure, applied tools, and structured professional immersion opportunities.
As a result, STEM graduates face disproportionate barriers when transitioning into research, industry, and technical leadership roles.
ExperiCi was created to bridge this structural gap between academic STEM training and real-world scientific and industry practice.
