Zacharie (Zac) Cole

Zacharie (Zac) Cole has a diverse work experience in project management roles.

At Experieco, they served as a Project Manager, managing a variety of Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall projects/programmes. Zacharie (Zac) had extensive contact and communication with external vendors and development teams in complex environments. Zacharie (Zac) also handled business change internally and externally, ensuring proper resourcing, team growth, and application introduction for enhanced profitability and time management.

Prior to that, at Aon, Zacharie worked as a Project Manager, where they managed governance and reporting on Agile and hybrid projects. Zacharie (Zac) adhered to government requirements, handled budgets, liaised with stakeholders, and led the development of applications and databases. Zacharie (Zac) also led stand-up teams and worked on legislative/compliance, database, digital, application, and external projects.

Before joining Aon, Zacharie was employed at Trustpower. In their role as a Project Manager/Scrum Master, they managed several projects using Agile methodology. Zacharie (Zac) was also responsible for the Amazon Connect rollout, ensuring adherence to the schedule and conducting retrospectives, reviews, sprint planning, and refinement sessions. Additionally, they served as a Service Desk Analyst/Project Coordinator, managing testing and business requirements for a project to replace communication platforms. Zacharie (Zac) oversaw the implementation of a cloud-based document management system and the rollout of new laptops to remote sites, handling budget and time restraints. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Customer Experience Advocate, assisting customers with queries and technical problems within a call centre and later becoming involved in training new and existing agents.

Zac Cole pursued their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including Delivery Specialist from OutSystems (obtained in June 2023), MSP® Certifications from PeopleCert (obtained in July 2022), ICAgile Project and Delivery Management (ICP-APM) from ICAgile (obtained in August 2020), Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute (obtained in July 2021), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute (obtained in January 2021), PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation & Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice (obtained in September 2020), and PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation & Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice (obtained in August 2020).
