Ranya Nigam

Ranya Nigam currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at both CYLNDR Studios and Experience Commerce since March 2024. With prior experience in leadership roles such as Senior Director Talent and Director Talent at Neo Media World from April 2021 to February 2024, and Group Head Talent at GroupM from December 2019 to March 2021, Ranya has developed expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. Ranya's significant contributions at ShopClues from December 2012 to July 2019 included strategizing campus engagement and recruitment processes, implementing HR policies, and enhancing internal communications to boost employee satisfaction. Ranya holds a Post Graduate degree in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.A. in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Kamala Nehru College, Delhi University.
