Brett Arndt's work experience starts in 2011 when they founded Experience Fresh | Digital Marketing + Creative. As the CEO and founder, they lead a team of creators, marketers, and builders, focusing on strategy, production, design, and digital to create authentic connections and trust for brands and businesses. Brett also holds the role of Creative Director at The Journey, where they advocate for brand experience and is involved in digital marketing and communication as a storyteller. In 2022, they became a partner at Cheeseburgers After Midnight, and in 2023, they also became a partner at Likely.

Brett Arndt attended the University of Missouri-Saint Louis from 2005 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Media Studies & Marketing. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2005, they studied Journalism at Washington University in St. Louis. In 2003-2004, Brett also attended Colorado Mountain College, though it is unclear what specific degree or field of study they pursued during that time.
