Experience Management Community is the Nordic learning network for people responsible for customer experience.
Most CX leaders work without a peer group. You carry the strategy, the targets and the internal resistance, often alone. EXMC fixes that. It connects CX professionals across the Nordics who want to compare real cases, test ideas with people who have done the job, and get to better results faster.
Members get practical tools, honest peer sparring and access to the people solving the same problems you are. No theory for its own sake. No soft talk about customer experience as a nice-to-have. We treat CX as a business discipline that drives growth, retention and operational quality.
The network runs two tiers. CX Explorer is free and open to anyone building their CX knowledge. Premium membership is for practitioners who want deeper access, closed sessions and direct peer support. EXMC also connects to the annual Experience Management Nordic Summit in Copenhagen.
