Nessa Abuan

Nessa Abuan is a seasoned fitness professional with extensive experience in personal training and fitness management. Nessa serves as a Certified Personal Trainer and Head Personal Trainer at Experience Momentum and Orangetheory Fitness, respectively, since November 2017 and February 2016. Nessa is the Business Owner of NESSFITNESS Defined Performance, established in July 2009. Previous roles include Studio Manager and Fitness Consultant, as well as Sales & Marketing Coordinator and Membership Representative at Bellevue Club from 2005 to 2009, and Sales Assistant at Bellevue Hilton from 2005 to 2007. Nessa began a career in fitness as a Personal Trainer and Group Instructor at Bio-FIT Private PTS from 2000 to 2005. Education includes attendance at Ashmead College from 1998 to 2000 and ongoing association with the National Strength and Conditioning Association since 2002.
