Niels Garve has over 10 years of work experience in various roles related to software development and AI. Niels has worked as a Principal AI Engineer & Team Lead at Experience One since 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Full Stack Team Lead at Merantix Momentum, where they supported companies in the development and operation of AI solutions. Niels also has experience as a Fullstack and Machine Learning Engineer at OTTO GmbH & Co KG.
In 2021, Niels founded AIsneaks and served as its CTO until 2022. Niels has also worked as a Freelance Javascript Fullstack Developer and Freelance Frontend Developer at Das Büro am Draht GmbH, and as a Freelance Senior Frontend Developer for Mercedes-Benz at Experience One. Additionally, Niels has freelanced as a Frontend Developer for audi.de at Das Büro am Draht GmbH and as a Senior Frontend Developer for Mercedes-Benz OneWeb Vans at NOLTE&LAUTH GmbH.
Niels started their career as a Student Employee at INOSTUDIO and later worked as a Frontend Developer at Publicis Pixelpark.
