At Experience Therapy Group, we specialize in experiential therapy, which allows us to explore broader aspects of ourselves that aren’t always easily expressed when we are limited to our thoughts and our words. Experiential includes everything from body-based trauma treatment (EMDR, Brainspotting) to somatics to the expressive arts.
