Per Lagerback is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in healthcare technology and strategic business development. Currently serving as the CEO and Founder of ExperienceIT, a Globant Division, since 2009, Per Lagerback enhances the healthcare digital experience through AI-driven initiatives. Additionally, Per Lagerback is the President and Board Member of the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce - Minnesota. Previous roles include Healthcare Industry Technology Leader and Strategist at Elevance Health, where Per Lagerback optimized OmniChannel capabilities, and Senior Director of Strategy & Business Development at Carlson, leading significant organizational transformations. Per Lagerback's career commenced at GE and included positions at US Bank and Swedish American Management, complemented by an MBA in Finance and a BA in International Management from the University of Minnesota and Gustavus Adolphus College, respectively.
