Vaibhav Kumar Shivhare is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Senior Vice President at Experion Developers Pvt Ltd since March 2022, after a tenure as Senior Vice President - Projects at DLF Limited from May 2021 to March 2022. Vaibhav has extensive experience in project management and operations, having held multiple leadership roles at Experion Developers Pvt Ltd since 2012, including Project Head for the premium group housing project "Windchants" in Gurgaon. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at TATA Housing and Development Co. and handling various residential projects across India. Vaibhav holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology and advanced degrees in Construction Management and Economics & Finance in Business from the National Institute of Construction Management & Research and the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, respectively.
