Karoline Louise Rykkelid

Karoline Louise Rykkelid is a Team Leader at Experis Norway since August 2018, responsible for advocating the needs and growth of a nine-member team. Additionally, Karoline serves as a senior consultant at Landbruksdirektoratet, where the focus is on enhancing applications for Norway's agricultural and food sector. Karoline has experience as a Java Developer, participating in the Experis Academy to develop skills in various frameworks, and previously worked in care and education, including as a careworker at Bamble Helsehus and a clarinet instructor for children. Karoline holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering and ICT from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a one-year program in Management and Leadership from UiT - The Arctic University of Norway.
