Cezar Florescu

Cezar Florescu is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in service delivery and network support. Currently serving as the Regional Service Delivery Director at Proservia - ManpowerGroup since June 2015, Cezar manages the delivery of IT End-User Services and leads initiatives focused on continuous transformation, productivity enhancement, service quality improvement, and customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Cezar was an Account Delivery Manager at Hewlett-Packard from December 2009 to June 2015 and served as a Regional Network Support Specialist at Orange from February 1999 to December 2009. Cezar began his career as an Engineer at metroul sa from September 1997 to February 1999. Cezar holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and multiple degrees in Information Technology and Economics from Academia de Studii Economice din București, including a Master of Science.
