Eilef Handeland

Eilef Handeland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, business development, and consultancy across various sectors, particularly in technology. Currently a consultant at Proservia - ManpowerGroup and founder of Applikasjonsfabrikken, Eilef has been working with NAV since February 2019. Previous roles include Rational Sales at IBM, where a focus was placed on DevOps and requirements management for the oil and gas industry, and channel management for the Rational business unit in Norway. Additional experience includes an area sales manager position at Telelogic, where significant contributions were made prior to IBM's acquisition of the company. Earlier roles span various sales management positions at organizations such as Eurosoft Norge, Borland, and Cincom Systems. Eilef holds degrees from BI Norwegian Business School and is certified in Prince2 Foundation.
