Asa Lisecke

Asa Lisecke is the Head of Professional Resourcing at Experis Sweden. Prior to this, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer at Monster from August 2000 to November 2007. In this role, they helped clients find the right candidates for open positions, including everything from crafting the client's ad to identifying and interviewing candidates to finally choosing the most suitable ones. Asa also helped the client managers sell Monster's services to companies and thus had a lot of customer contact, which they enjoy.
