Brian Berning

Brian is vested in helping urgent cares continue to meet the evolving and expanding needs of patients — for the success of the clients, industry, and company. His insight into financial operation leadership, investment and compliance relations, and his experience leading M&A initiatives elevate Exterity’s initiative to expand capabilities in the on-demand care market.

Brian holds a CPA from Ernst & Young, an MS in Accounting from the University of South California Marshall School of Business, and a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from San Diego State University.
