Casey Carstairs

Casey Carstairs has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They are currently serving as the Global Director of Client Success at Experlogix since November 2022. Prior to this, Casey was the Owner of Carstairs Laboratories starting from January 2019. In April 2022, they joined Sound® as the Director of Customer Experience - Data & Analytics. At Buffini & Company, Casey held multiple roles, including Director of Customer Operations from December 2019 to January 2022, and Director of Customer Success and Customer Support from March 2017 to December 2019. Before that, they worked for Axos Bank in different positions, including Assistant Vice President Business Development, Advisor Division, Assistant Vice President, Consumer Deposits Sales and Success, and Call Center Director. Casey also worked as a Fraud Investigator at Union Bank and owned and operated The Gurt-Frozen Yogurt. They started their career as a Regional Manager at Downey Savings & Loan and later served as a Branch Manager at US Banccorp.

Casey Carstairs holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University. Additionally, Casey has obtained several certifications, including Domo Professional Training from Domo, Inc. in May 2022, Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) from the Customer Experience Professionals Association in May 2016, and Public Service Ethics Education from the California Fair Political Practices Commission, State of California in March 2022.
