Jessica LaVoie's work experience includes:

- Implementation Engineer at Experlogix, Inc. since February 2022. Jessica is responsible for implementing CRM/ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, F&O, BC, CE, AX, NAV, and Salesforce. Jessica also creates SQL, FetchXML, O-data queries, and advanced Excel formulas and functions.

- Programmer Analyst at Motion Composites from May 2018 to February 2022. Jessica was involved in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (2017) and the configuration of E-Con (CPQ software - Studio2012R3). Jessica performed analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of problems based on the organization's procedures and standards.

- Teacher Assistant for System Programming Languages at Bishop's University from February 2018 to June 2018.

Jessica LaVoie completed their education in a chronological manner. Jessica first attended CEGEP - John Abbott College from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Social Sciences. Jessica then attended the same college again from 2012 to 2014, completing an Associate's Degree in Police Technology. Lastly, Jessica attended Bishop's University from 2015 to 2018, earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
