Jemm Excelle Dela Cruz is a seasoned professional with a background in knowledge engineering and linguistics. Currently serving as a Senior Knowledge Engineer at expert.ai since June 2017, Jemm has progressed through various roles including Knowledge Engineer and Computational Linguist Intern. Prior experience includes a Marketing and Development Intern position at StoryDistrict, where marketing campaigns were developed and events organized, and as a Technology Consultant at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, where automation of reports and website management enhanced operational efficiency.
