Cameron McGrane

Cameron McGrane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and digital marketing. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Expert Author Community since January 2019, Cameron focuses on enhancing personalized services for aspiring authors. Prior to this role, Cameron honed skills as a Digital Marketing Strategist at Foster Labs, contributing to the development of innovative chatbot platforms for real estate marketing. Cameron co-founded Foster Labs in June 2015 and played a pivotal role in launching the AngelCube accelerator program. Additional experience includes positions at Microsoft, Yammer, Earjobs, and as a Teaching Assistant at Babson College, alongside a technical background from ATO and API. Cameron holds degrees in Business with a focus on Entrepreneurship from both RMIT University and Babson College, as well as a Diploma in Information Technology from the Canberra Institute of Technology.
