Clark Souers

Clark Souers, CEO and Founder of Expert Effect since January 2008, specializes in stress-resiliency solutions for high performers and human resources excellence for small businesses. Souers has extensive experience in human resources, holding leadership roles at organizations such as Community Partners, where responsibilities included directing HR services for over 400 employees, and Penny Lane Centers, where Souers managed HR for over 600 employees. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at AEG, overseeing HR operations for major entertainment venues, and various HR positions in the hospitality industry. Souers holds a Master's in Business Administration from W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
