Jill Eknoian-Lopez, PHR-CA, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Expert Effect since March 2024, Jill provides project support and interim HR solutions, collaborating with specialized HR professionals in diverse areas. Previously, Jill held roles such as Benefits Manager at Westport Properties, Inc., Human Resources Manager at HR Pals & Recruiting Pals, and Director of Human Resources at Santa Anita Park, where significant transformations were made in HR functions for over 500 employees. Jill’s earlier experience includes positions at Paychex, Mandara Spa, and West Coast Gasket Company, demonstrating a robust background in employee relations, policy development, compliance, and benefits administration. Jill holds a BS in Human Development from Hope International University.
