Sidram Molkere is a highly detail-oriented professional with over 12 years of experience in mechanical design, specializing in paper machines, packaging machinery, conveyor systems, and material handling equipment. Currently serving as a Technical Group Leader and Design Team Lead at Expert Global Group since November 2018, Sidram focuses on optimizing product life cycle costs and leading concept development for innovative design solutions. Prior experience includes roles as Project Leader and Mechanical Designer at BOBST, where involvement centered around special purpose machine design for packaging, as well as earlier work as a Design Engineer at Infinity Automation Systems Pvt Ltd, contributing to the design and development of conveyor systems and assembly machines.
