Paul Horn

Paul Horn serves as the Founding Chairman of Expert Home Care NY and Founding Partner at Venly Corporation, both roles initiated in 2018. Additionally, Paul Horn holds the position of Retired Chair of the Board of Directors at The New York Academy of Sciences since 2015. As an NYU Distinguished Scientist in Residence at NYU since 2008, Paul Horn previously served as Senior Vice Provost at New York University from 2009 to 2018. Prior to these roles, Paul Horn was a Senior VP and Director of Research at IBM from 1996 to 2008.
