We are a peer-led organisation bringing together more than 3,000 people with lived experience of homelessness, mental health challenges, substance misuse, criminal justice contact, and domestic abuse. Our network works across the UK to shape better decisions, services, and policies.

Our Work

We help organisations, public bodies, and communities embed lived experience in how they design, deliver, and improve services. Our support includes:

Co-production: Creating structures where people with lived experience are equal partners in decision-making.
Peer Research: Training and supporting people to lead research that brings forward insights often missed by traditional methods.
Policy and Systems Change: Ensuring lived experience informs local and national strategies, guidance, and reforms.
Network Building: Developing and supporting lived experience networks, including national and specialist groups.
Training and Development: Strengthening skills, confidence, and leadership for both organisations and people with lived experience.

We provide practical training, consultancy, and hands-on support to help organisations work in genuine partnership with lived experience.
