Michael Hawrylak

Michael Hawrylak has extensive experience in research and development within the engineering sector, currently serving as the Research and Development Project Manager at Expert Tooling and Automation Ltd since April 2015, after progressing from R&D Project Engineer and Graduate R&D Engineer roles. Prior experience includes a position as a Materials and Processes Engineer at Assystem, where responsibilities involved working on international aviation projects and performing qualifications of aircraft parts. Michael also completed internships at Bentley Motors Ltd, focusing on adhesive studies for BIW production, and at Rotech Laboratories. Michael earned a degree in Automotive Materials Engineering from Loughborough University from 2010 to 2013, following education at King Edwards Birmingham, completing studies in 2010.
