Christian Arpagaus has over 24 years of work experience, starting in 1996 as an Elektroniker and Servicetechniker at Swisscom AG and Uniton AG. Christian then worked as a Verkaufsleiter at LTV Gelbe Seiten AG and local.ch, where they successfully managed a team and won national sales competitions. In 2008, they became a Senior Account Manager at web2com AG, Publicitas, and Publigroupe. In 2010, they moved on to Jobup AG (Tamedia) as a Key Account Manager before founding Krawattencorner, an online shop for business textiles. In 2011, Arpagaus joined Experteer Schweiz GmbH as the Head of Sales Switzerland and Liechtenstein, responsible for establishing the startup and acquiring notable clients. Currently, they are working as a Senior-Partner at addexpert GmbH, a position they started in February 2020.
Christian Arpagaus has a CAS in Strategic Talent Acquisition from Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz (2020-2021) and is a certified Digital Talent Acquisition Manager from HR Today Academy (Center of Competence for Talent Acquisition) (2018). Christian holds a diploma in Betriebswirtschafter NDS HF in General Management from HSO Wirtschaftsschule Schweiz AG (2013-2015) and an Eidg. Dipl. Technischer Kaufmann FA in Generalisten Ausbildung über versch. Fachrichtungen from Juventus KLZ (2003-2005). In addition, Christian has attended various sales training and professional development courses.
