Alyssa Martins, CDSP🌈

Alyssa Martins, CDSP🌈 has worked in a variety of roles since 2003. Alyssa began their career as a Lead Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health in 2003, followed by a role as a Food Server at The Office Craft Beer Pub in 2006. In 2011, they took on the role of Senior Customer Care Representative at COA Network Inc. where they provided customer support, conducted business analyst work, and managed content. In 2014, they became the Director of New Business Development (Contract / Temp Services) and Senior Business Development Account Manager / Delivery Manager at ExpertHiring. In 2020, they co-founded LGBTQCareers.co, a community for LGBTQ professionals, inclusive employers and anyone who believes in workplace equality. Finally, in 2022, they will become the Director of New Business Development at Schoolhiring.

Alyssa Martins obtained their High School degree from Union High School in 2004. Alyssa then went on to obtain an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Union College - NJ between 2004 and 2007. After that, they obtained a Business Entrepreneurship degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Gibbs College between 2007 and 2009. In 2017, they obtained the Communicating with Confidence certification from LinkedIn. Finally, they are currently working towards obtaining their Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional (CDSP) certification from Sourcing Training & Certifications by Brain Gain Recruiting, which they are expected to obtain in 2022.
