Himanshu Pachauri has over five years of experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. Himanshu began their career in 2017 as a Business Team Lead at ATX Learning, where they were responsible for managing a team of 8 recruiters and 4 data analysts. In 2019, they joined Noble Staffing of USA (Startup) as a Recruitment Manager, where they were responsible for building healthy relationships with clients and candidates, preparing contracts, and managing candidates on 1099 and W2. In 2022, they joined ExpertHiring as a US Account Manager, where they managed the hiring process from start to finish, managed social media accounts, introduced strategic recruiting processes, and developed job specifications, competitive compensation packages, and assessing processes for candidate identification and tracking. Himanshu Pachauri attended Blue Bird Senior Secondary School from 2000 to 2015, where they studied all subjects. Himanshu then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Aligarh Muslim University from 2015 to 2018.
