Michelle Bañez

Michelle Bañez has a strong background in customer service and leadership roles. Michelle currently works at Expertise.com, where they started in 2019. Michelle has held various positions at Expertise.com, including Consumer Concierge Team Lead and Outbound Sales Team Leader. Prior to Expertise.com, they worked at Etisalat UAE as a Senior Billing Specialist from 2015 to 2019, providing customer care and support to Enterprise and Small Businesses. Michelle also worked at West Corporation as an Intercall APAC Client Adoption Trainer from 2013 to 2015, conducting training and providing product updates to clients. Before that, they held the role of Operations Team Lead at both STARTEK and Accenture, from 2013 to 2013 and from 2007 to 2013 respectively.
