Morgan Rohel is a seasoned professional in sustainable development, currently serving as the Lead Project Manager for Sri Lanka at Expertise France since May 2019. Morgan's role includes managing the Green Recovery Facility and engaging in business development efforts across Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Prior experience includes working as a Programme Manager focusing on sustainable development and governance at the Ministère de l'Europe et des Affaires étrangères from May 2017 to April 2019, and serving as a Consultant with UNDP's global sustainable energy team in early 2016. Additionally, Morgan has worked as a Research Assistant at Université de Montréal. Morgan is pursuing further education at the University of Cambridge and has studied at Université de Montréal, INSA Lyon, and Trinity College Dublin.
