Doug Soares

Douglas Soares has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Douglas started at HSBC in 1993 as a Compensation Analyst and later joined Ernst & Young in 1995 as the Head of HR. In 1999, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Expertise, where they currently hold the position.

Douglas Soares attended Bermuda College from 1987 to 1989, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Science degree with a focus on Economics. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Commercial Studies at Western University from 1989 to 1992.
