Yunni Jin

Yunni Jin has a diverse background in talent management and recruitment. Yunni is currently working as a Senior Talent Manager at Expertlead. Prior to this, they worked as a Tech Recruiter at Remerge for the latter half of 2022. In early 2022, they were a Tech Recruiter at Kontist, where they partnered with hiring managers to scale the Data and Engineering team. From 2019 to 2022, Yunni worked at talent.io as a Tech Recruiter and later as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they identified and selected top tech talents for the recruiting marketplace in Europe and globally. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at LS Automotive, where they provided support in HR management, talent compensation management, staffing, and international recruiting. Yunni also had a role as a Human Resources Executive at Rider Levett Bucknall. Yunni's work experience also includes an internship as a Diplomatic Intern at the Department of Foreign Affairs in 2012.

Yunni Jin completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Business/Managerial Economics from The Berlin School of Economics and Law between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Japanese Language and Literature from Chungnam National University from 2009 to 2013.
