Ferik Ferizaj, MBA, serves as the Solution Consulting Lead at ExpertusONE since November 2021, focusing on AI-driven Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), and Skills platforms. Prior to this, Ferik held various roles at Infor from April 2013 to December 2021, including Principal Solutions Consultant and Senior Solution Consultant for Learning Technologies, where significant contributions were made in product design, client research, and high-profile presentations at events like the HR Tech Conference. Experience also includes serving as Business Services Manager at CERTPOINT Systems Inc., leading LMS and LCMS implementations for notable clients, and earlier positions at Comodo, Indymac Bank, and Gateway, Inc. Ferik holds an MBA in Management and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Rockhurst University.
