Thomas Laird is a prominent figure in the contact center outsourcing industry, currently serving as CEO of Expivia Interaction Marketing Group Inc. since July 2012. Laird is the creator and host of the leading podcast "Advice from a Call Center Geek," which provides valuable insights to contact center professionals. Laird has authored two books on call center operations, available on Amazon. Additionally, Laird holds the position of CEO at both OttoQa, which focuses on integrating AI solutions for quality assurance, and Expivia Digital, a pioneer in customer service for NFT and Web3 projects.
