Thomas Laird is the current CEO at Expivia Interaction Marketing Group. Thomas has also previously worked at Advice from a Call Center Geek Podcast, Expivia Interaction Marketing Group Inc., and Telatron Marketing Group, Inc. From July 2000 to February 2010, they were the Head of Call Center Operations at Telatron Marketing Group, Inc. and was in charge of the P&L and operations of a 700 seat BPO Call Center with a focus in the financial services industry. From January 1998 to December 2000, they were a Production Supervisor at Telatron Marketing Group, Inc. and was responsible for daily team and individual attendance, making sure each team member met or exceed their individual daily goals, motivating and leading the representatives, and providing weekly agent analysis reports to the AM Production Coordinator.
