Von Nelson has extensive experience in the benefits and insurance industry, currently serving as a Benefit Counselor at Explain My Benefits since July 2018. Von has also held positions as a Benefit Enroller at Allstate Benefits since March 2015 and as a Senior Benefits Consultant/Case Manager at Trustmark Life Insurance Company, where involvement has been ongoing since 2015. Prior experience includes a role as a Benefits Specialist at Citi from November 2009 to August 2014 and another as a Benefits Specialist at ING Investment Management from November 2007 to June 2012. Additionally, Von worked as a Short Sales Negotiator-Lead at Aerotek from June 2009 to March 2011. Von holds a Bachelor's Degree in Workforce Development and Training from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, completed between 2006 and 2007.
