Matthias Hamaï

Matthias Hamaï has a strong background in operations management and program management. Matthias worked as an Operations Manager at eXplain, where they were responsible for budget management and operational excellence. Matthias also managed a team that executed surveys and communication campaigns on the ground. In addition, they directly handled several projects for major clients. Prior to that, Matthias worked as a Program Manager at NUMA Paris, where they oversaw the management and execution of a program focused on open innovation and data collaboration. Matthias ensured the successful collaboration between large companies, municipalities, and startups to develop solutions for the benefit of cities and citizens.
