Laurent Melot

Laurent Melot has extensive experience in the automotive industry, particularly in quality management and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as the Manager of After-Sales Quality for Renault at Expleo Group since February 2017, Laurent oversees a team of 25 personnel and focuses on client needs, team structuration, and performance improvement. Previously held various roles at Assystem from 2009 to 2017, including leading quality incident management and overseeing engine repair processes. Early career experience includes positions at notable firms such as Peugeot, Citroen, and Renault Sport Racing, specializing in engine technology and motorsport. Laurent holds a Master’s degree in Management from emlyon business school and a BTS in Internal Combustion Engine Engineering from Gaspard Monge, along with an earlier CAP in automotive mechanics.
