In our takeoffs, we provide a complete quantity takeoff of materials with their location in the building. We provide the measurements, quantity of materials, specifications, and scope of work. We highlighted every discrepancy in plans and will notify in the scope of work and the assumptions that we made due to the availability of missing information. Our first priority is accuracy and makes sure that each takeoff is checked by the team leader before delivering it to the client. We also provide the measurement program files that we used for the take-offs in your preferred software. We also provide the quantity takeoffs in the client's specific quantity takeoff template/format if the client needed.

You will considerably reduce the time, effort, money on office overheads, salary, benefits, insurances, etc. Often a Chief estimator is required to overlook and check work performed by a Junior Estimator, so when you hire us we will train and assign a full-time Junior Estimator along with Chief Estimator to work for you. 

We use industry-leading takeoff software like Planswift, On-Screen Takeoff, Measure by RFMS, and Bluebeam. We put final takeoff quantities in excel with all the material specifications. We are happy to follow your scope of work. Use your template which one you provide me for material quantities fill up. We can perform a takeoff on any material as per your directions.
