Jennifer Anderson

Jennifer Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jennifer is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Explico, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as the Operations Manager at Explico from May 2018 to December 2021. Jennifer also served as an Administrative Assistant and Office Manager at the same company from August 2017 to April 2018.

Before joining Explico, Jennifer worked at The Transtec Group, Inc. as a Project Manager, where they coordinated employee resources and schedules, facilitated workshops, and provided support for software testing. Jennifer was with the company from 2010 to 2017.

Jennifer also gained professional experience at National Instruments, where they worked as an Applications Engineer. In this role, they assisted customers and field engineers through technical support and conducted customer education courses. Jennifer was employed by National Instruments from 2007 to 2009.

Prior to their experience at National Instruments, Jennifer worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the Ohio State University Freshman Engineering Program. Their responsibilities included answering programming questions, grading assignments, and supervising students during lab sessions. Jennifer held this position from 2005 to 2007.

Furthermore, Jennifer has also gained internship experience. Jennifer worked as a Software Engineering Intern at National Instruments in 2006 and as an Electrical and Computer Engineering Intern at Rolls-Royce Energy Systems in 2004.

Jennifer Anderson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering with minors in Business and Spanish at The Ohio State University from 2003 to 2007. During their time at university, they also studied Spanish language and art at the Universidad de Salamanca starting in 2005. In 2016, Jennifer obtained a certification in Performance-Based Hiring from LinkedIn.
