Carlos Insuasti is an experienced leader in the travel industry, currently serving as the Director of the Explora Experience Center at Explora Journeys since June 2021, where Carlos has established a luxury service call center for the Americas. With a background that includes positions at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., World Travel Holdings, Royal Caribbean Group, and Carnival Cruise Line, Carlos possesses a deep understanding of sales, operations, and team management within the hospitality and travel sectors. Carlos earned an Associate’s Degree in Hospitality Travel & Tourism from Miami Dade College between 2018 and 2021.
