Koray Savas

Koray Savas is an accomplished executive in the hospitality and cruise industries, currently serving as Vice President of Hotel Operations at Explora Journeys since October 2023, where responsibilities include delivering luxury travel experiences and leading various operational departments. Prior experience includes roles such as Brand Performance Director and Regional Director of Hotel Operations at MSC Cruises from September 2018 to October 2023, and Vice President of Hotel Operations Asia at SkySea Cruise Lines from March 2017 to 2018. Koray Savas has also held positions at Celebrity Cruises and Royal Caribbean Cruises, where leadership encompassed food and beverage operations and overall guest experiences. An educational background in Hotel and Tourism Management was established with a degree from Uludag University and a Bachelor's degree from Bursa Anatolian Hotels & Tourism High School.
