Melisa Linarello

Melisa Linarello is an accomplished finance and planning professional with extensive experience in the aviation industry. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at explora since October 2019, Melisa previously held various leadership roles at LATAM Airlines from July 2011 to October 2019, including Planning Scheduling Senior Manager and Crew Planning Manager, where responsibilities encompassed crew planning and management across multiple regions. Melisa also contributed to the management of airport operations through analysis of key performance indicators and budget oversight. Earlier career experience includes a role in the Learning Methodologies team at Tenaris University, focusing on learning management solutions. Melisa holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a concentration in project management from Universidad de Buenos Aires and a National Baccalaureate in Economics and Management from Colegio Manuel Belgrano de Témperley.
