Explora Science Center and Children's Museum
Shane Montoya has been with Explora Science Center and Children's Museum since February 2023, currently serving as Director of Administration & Culture. Prior to this role, Shane held the position of Director of Exhibits and Floor Experience at Explora from April 2007 to February 2023. Armed with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture from New Mexico State University, Shane also has experience as an Exhibit Developer, a Painting Instructor at Sisters Paint and Wine, and an Inventor Program Instructor at Solomon Schechter Day School. At Explora, Shane is dedicated to creating opportunities for inspirational discovery and fostering the joy of lifelong learning through interactive experiences in various fields.
