Carmen Nistor is currently the Head of Client Operations at Explora Solutions, where they manage multiple departments and implement customer experience strategies. With over 15 years of experience in the ITO/BPO services industry, Carmen excels in leadership and IT service management, fostering client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Previously, they held key positions at NTT DATA Services and Stefanini, where they improved operational targets and mentored team members. Carmen earned a degree in International Relations from Universitatea „Spiru Haret” din București.
